D1 Helps ESPN Blogger Beat NFL Times

Check out the story on ESPN of Paul Kuharsky taking some training from D1's Darren Mustin. Click here to read.

Paul Kuharsky Takes On The NFL Elite from Taylor Smith on Vimeo.

In his own words with Doug Datish

"My favorite NFL team when I was a kid were the Steelers because they were always really good. I grew up forty minutes from them. I think the best player in the NFL is Peyton Manning. He never puts himself in a bad situation and he always makes the right decisions. My least favorite play to go up against is Albert Hansworth. He's the best defensive lineman in the NFL. My favorite thing about Nashville is that my wife lives here and the music scene is great. I train at D1 because it is a great place with a professional atmosphere. They know how to train great athletes. My buddy owns the one in Columbus, Ohio."
