D1 Raleigh Shows Blogger a Great Workout

The blogger from "Run Inspired" got a good workout at the new D1 Raleigh facility.

 "But perhaps the thing I like most about D1 is that it is a comprehensive facility, suited for the middle school football player just as much as it is for the adult working 40+ hours a week. They have classes and trainers with the sole purpose of helping you become whatever it is you want to become."

D1 Raleigh Officially Opens July 23

D1 Raleigh will officially be open July 23. D1 Raleigh is running pre-opening specials until Sunday July 22.

D1 Birmingham Helps Coach Demeco Ryans Camp

This past Saturday June 30 was D1 Birmingham's co-owner, Demeco Ryans, Sports Camp. The camp was from 9 A.M. - 2 P.M. and it was free for all kids from ages 8-18. D1 Birmingham staff came out and helped to coach all of the athletes at the camp. This was a great event!
