Executive Challenge at D1 Little Rock

Next Saturday, August 8th at 10:00AM, D1 Little Rock will be hosting their first annual D1 Executive CHALLENGE! It will last from 10:00AM-until ??. The competition will be a field metabolic workout and the last male and female standing will receive 3 months of FREE training! (Remember, this is for already paying clients). D1 Athlete Marcus Monk gets second shot at NFL

To get a second chance at a first professional impression, wide receiver Marcus Monk had to detour to another sport entirely. And while playing basketball back at the University of Arkansas was hardly the place he expected to be last winter, the experience proved beneficial and helped him get another NFL shot."Basketball helped me out with my cardio(vascular) conditioning," Monk said. Testing Night at D1 Nashville

On Saturday, August 1st 2009, D1 Sports Training, in partnership with Tennessee Donor Services, is inviting all those interested to D1 Sports Training in Franklin, TN to test their physical fitness level in a array of events. Tests in the 40 yard dash, vertical jump, broad jump, push up test, pull up test, sit up test, and many other events will be available for all. Representatives from The Tennessee Donor Services will be available to talk about donor awareness and the importance of health. Their will also be several trainers on hand to answer any dieting/nutritional questions you may have. Scott Stallings Blog

Scott trains at D1 Knoxville in the off-season and is currently playing mini tour golf while working his way up to the PGA Tour. He graduated from Tennessee Tech as a two time OVC Player of the Year as well as a Division 1 All-American. He turned pro in June 2007.
