D1 Little Rock Character Athlete of the Month

Jacob Boone is D1 Little Rock's August Character Athlete of the Month. Jacob trains with Coach Ben and Coach Cedric in D1's Developmental Group (Ages 12-14).
D1's August Word of the Month was PERSEVERANCE. Jacob has a great attitude and strives to PERSEVERE in all that he does. He never takes a play off because he understands the importance of working hard and getting better everyday. Jacob suffered a severe foot injury that required 12 stitches and he still showed up the next day, training hard as ever. Now, that's PERSEVERANCE!
