D1 Athlete Wins CrossFit Games

Rich Froning, who trained at D1's Corporate Wellness Facility for Averitt Express in Cookeville, TN, won the 2011 Reebok CrossFit Games in California. The event was a tough test of determination over three days that included 10 daunting rounds of workouts. Froning won three events, finished second in two more and tied for second in another.
