WHO: Open to general public to test their talents or to watch friends and family participate. Athletes interested in posting combine numbers or comparing old numbers for improvements. Groups will be divided by age: 7-11, 12-14, 15-18, Collegiate and Executive.
WHAT: Each age group will do a specific set of drills to test speed, agility, and strength.
Age 7-11 testing stations: 10’s, 20’s, 2lb. Medicine ball throw, ribbon drill, broad jump, pull-ups
Age 12-14 testing stations: pull ups, broad jump, ribbon drill, pro agility, 2 lb. medicine ball throw, 10’s and 20’s
Age 15-18 testing stations: vertical jump, bench, broad jump, pull ups, pro agility, 3-cone drill, 40-yard dash
College Prep testing stations: bench, vertical jump, pull ups, broad jump, 3-cone drill, pro agility, 40-yard dash
19+(Executive) testing stations: 180 yard shuttle, sit-ups, 185 lb. bench max, push ups
WHEN: Thursday, July 31st, from 6-7:30 p.m.
WHERE: D1 Facilities
COST: Free to public.
