D1 Staff Headed to the Manning Passing Academy

The D1 Training staff is heading down to Nicholls State University in Thibodaux, LA this week for the Manning Passing Academy. The staff will be hosting a speed seminar at the camp. They will be showing the most current training techniques, enabling athletes to increase their overall speed, strength, explosiveness, agility, and sport-specific ability.
