Jeff Brown is a seasoned veteran of the Pentathlon, and a regular at D1. He recently posted a great finish at the Carolina Masters Invitational meet at UNC-Charlotte. He had 4 first place finishes in the shot put, discus, hammer, and javelin(personal best in shot put and hammer). This Friday and Saturday he will be competing at the 2009 USA Masters Southeast Regional Track and Field Championships in Raleigh, NC.Jeff suffered an injury during training, but he was able to recover and compete. "I am confident that my ability to recover in enough time to compete is due to my training at D1. They have a great group of trainers, and D1 is definitely making a big difference!"
